One of our favorite blankets from Mexico is the Orange Thunderbird. It's available at our brick and mortar store in Regent Square, Pittsburgh, and online. ($85.00) Blankets from Mexican weavers are excellent quality, brightly colored....a sure conversation piece in your home. This blanket is a traditional striped weave that makes up the serape blanket or serape, sometimes work like a garnet, sometimes a throw. Because of their relationship to the Saltillo region, they have also been called sarapes or Falsa blankets. (Most sizes are 75" x 51").
